Passion, effort and dedication have led two young people to follow their dream. Thus, on April 9, 2022, DETAKO GASTROBAR opens.

Located on the paradisiacal Paseo Marítimo de la Herradura, chef David Merino Río, together with the head chef Elena Turatello, will open the doors of their house to you.

David & Elena

Elena, head waiter, and David, chef of the restaurant, have spent many years dedicated to achieving customer enjoyment and satisfaction.

They created Detako Private Chef in 2018, offering the possibility of tasting high-quality menus without losing the comfort of being in your own home.

A story of passion

Thanks to many people, who supported the project for so many years, they finally managed to realize their dreams, creating a place where food, drink and a good atmosphere merge to offer a unique evening.

Located on the Costa Tropical, at Detako Gastrobar you can enjoy pleasant temperatures all year round, thus having the climate and natural environment as a great ally.

Let yourself be caressed by the sea breeze watching a spectacular sunset among palm trees, they will take care of the rest.

You will be able to experience first-hand the different culinary techniques used thanks to the fact that chef David cooks in front of the customer at the restaurant bar.
